Founder & President

I began my journey through the creative power of music, exploring singing and songwriting, which remain passions I pursue 20 years later. As a previous member of Queens Community Board 9 and the host of the first-ever three-day Diwali Nagar in 2019, my commitment to advancing the Caribbean community has always been deeply rooted in my philanthropic efforts. Throughout my career as an HR professional in the nonprofit sector, I’ve recognized the need to amplify Caribbean culture in corporate America, tech, music, and beyond.

My brother once said, "Sassy Caribbean people need a stronger identity here in America," which inspired me to combine my network, professional expertise, and musical background to address the needs of Caribbean-Americans. Together with a team of dedicated individuals, I strive to create opportunities through housing grants, career development, small business support, and music advancement, championing a vision for a stronger, more visible Caribbean presence.
